The association promotes various ways to guarantee the protection of users, including the activation of a reference point for the citizen-consumer, pursuant to art. 2 paragraph 4 of law 4/2013. Applicants for professional services can contact the Helpdesk of reference for citizens to obtain information relating to the professional activity in general and the quality standards that APICE requires of its members, as well as in the event of a dispute with individual professionals, pursuant to art. 27 ter of the Consumer Code, referred to in Legislative Decree 206/2005.
